Holly leads the development and reporting of insights for the ANZ region, as well as managing the end-to-end Service Effectiveness benchmark offering.
Holly has been with NousCubane for 5 years, working across both consulting services and client operations. In this time, she has worked closely with universities to collect high quality data and translate that data into actionable insights for university executive teams. She has also been closely involved in facilitating opportunities for cross-institution practice-share through events like roundtables. A key focus of Holly's role has been the end-to-end management of client operations and insights reporting for the Service Effectiveness benchmark offering, which ties in with her interest in human-centered service improvement.

Influential work

  • Led the reporting and presentation of UniForum analysis for university executives across the ANZ region; this involved translating data into actionable insights to inform efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
  • Led numerous workshops with function-leads across ANZ sharing key workforce insights through data visualisation tools.
  • Managed and ran end-to-end Service Effectiveness benchmarking product for the past 4 years.
  • Led global roundtables on key areas of interest (e.g. Staff Recruitment), bringing together SMEs from varied institutions to practice-share.

Holly holds a Bachelor of Psychology (1st Class Honours) from the University of Sydney.

In her spare time...

Outside of work, Holly is a musician whose gigs have spanned local wine bars, surprisingly rowdy 50ths and the odd wedding. She is also a keen foody, spending most weekends either trying new recipes or new restaurants around Sydney.
