Francesca is a strategy and transformation consultant with experience across Australia and Canada. She combines formal education in economics with experience delivering strategy, transformation and operational improvement with a focus on higher education.
Francesca has supported universities to redesign professional services operating models, develop transnational education strategies, design new institutional budget models, revise pricing strategies, evaluate program portfolios and assess market demand for new programs.

Influential work

  • Led the design and implementation of a shared services centre at a Canadian university as part of a multi-year professional services transformation program.
  • Designed a new university budget model for a Canadian research-intensive university.
  • Developed a program pricing strategy for an Australian Go8 university to adopt more sophisticated pricing tactics and pricing governance process.
  • Assessed the viability and potential return of a transnational education partnership for an Australian Go8 university.
  • Analysed Australian, UK and Canadian postgraduate coursework markets to identify opportunities for a Canadian research-intensive university to better position itself in the global market.
  • Developed a program portfolio strategy for a Canadian research-intensive university to develop and evaluate programs to ensure alignment to mission, market demand and sustainability goals.

Outside of NousCubane

Prior to joining Nous, Francesca held consulting roles in multi-disciplinary consulting firms, specialising in evaluation and impact assessment, including business development and client success for an online evaluation platform. 

Francesca holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia.

In her spare time...

Francesca recently returned to Perth, Australia (her hometown) after three years living in Toronto and Montreal, supporting the global expansion of Nous Group. She’s looking forward to time at the beach (after some very snowy winters) and with family.
