Ariel has been with NousCubane since 2017, leading the consulting support for UK UniForum members.
Ariel is responsible for working with UniForum members to provide university leadership teams with a detailed understanding of the relative efficiency and effectiveness of their professional services organisation, incorporating insights from UniForum data and case study research.
A key focus of Ariel's role has been to support universities in gaining practical value from their UniForum data and best practice insight to inform real change, working alongside change programme teams to ensure the data and insight available is being utilised effectively.

- Delivered executive level workshops and briefings on opportunities for improvement in professional services using insights from UniForum data.
- Designed a new Implementation Planning Application to enable UniForum members to gain practical insight for delivering change programmes.
- Led collaborative studies of university shared service operating models and models for research support.
- Led professional services function maturity assessment for a Top 100 university using UniForum data.
- Advisor to several universities on the development of business cases using UniForum data.
Outside of NousCubane
Ariel joined NousCubane from KPMG’s management consulting practice, where she worked within the finance transformation and shared services & outsourcing teams. Prior to starting her consulting career, Ariel was a mathematics teacher in Paris.
Ariel holds a Master of Science in Mathematics.
In her spare time...
Ariel loves to travel, especially to wherever there is good food to try. She also loves practicing yoga, exploring new walks with her two golden retrievers, gardening, and attempting the latest DIY project.
